Rob has over 25 years’ experience as a corporate advisor and chief financial officer. Rob has held senior roles with Origin Capital Group, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, AMP (on secondment) and GE Capital.
 

Advisory experience includes mergers, acquisitions and divestments, equity and debt capital raisings, valuations, acquisition and prospectus due diligence.  Sector experience includes in particular the healthcare, information technology, brewing, technology, financial services, defence and education sectors.
 

CFO roles include an ASX listed digital services company, start-up healthcare and brewing operations and included acquisitions, subsequent integrations and divestments.  At Origin Capital Group, major roles have included:

• advising Fresenius Medical Care on its acquisition of Cura Day Hospitals;

• advising an Asian based medical device company on acquisitions in Australia and New Zealand; 

• advising All Homes on its sale to Domain/Fairfax Media;

• providing strategic and financial advice to All Homes for a number of years prior to its sale to Domain/Fairfax Media;

• raising equity capital raising for a cpd and training platform, CPDone; 

• advising an early stage brewery on equity raising;

• providing strategic and financial advice to a State government regarding its fruit and vegetable market;

• preparing valuations of a radar manufacturer with respect to ongoing negotiations regarding the restructure of its shareholders’ interests; and

• advising an education provider on its acquisition strategy and potential acquisitions.
